Common Paper - Notice history

Our identity management partner is having some issues authenticating users. We are investigating the issue.

We are currently investigating an issue with our esignature partner and the ability to sign agreements uploaded into Common Paper.

Since last night's issue, emails sent via Common Paper for agreement notifications will experience a delay in being sent. We're working through them now.

We are currently investigating an incident and have put the app in maintenance mode. We expect to be back up shortly.

Today our 3rd party esignature partner had a temporary issue today that may have prevented some users from signing agreements. We're monitoring and to see if there are any additional issues that need to be resolved, but things should be operating normally now.
